An engineer can be with you in under an hour, but times may vary depending on your location. You do NOT need to have a maintenance contract with Crown Securities (UK) to get help with a broken alarm.
Our engineer will need your name, address, postcode and any information you may have about the faulty security alarm system.
Areas we cover
Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Derbyshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, North Wales and the Welsh Borders including Altrincham, Bangor, Chester, Crewe, Derby, Macclesfield, Manchester, Shrewsbury, Stockport, Stoke-on-Trent, Telford, Warrington, Widnes, Wrexham.
It makes no difference which company installed the alarm system or the make, model of the alarms installed. We can solve the problem.
We respond to emergency callouts, day or night, within a maximum four hours, but we typically attend much quicker than that.
We regret we are unable to instruct callers on how to disable a burglar alarm themselves due to health, safety and crime prevention issues. We may also record telephone calls for verification and training purposes.
An emergency call-out engineer will attend promptly and silence the alarm to avoid further nuisance or annoyance before investigating the nature of the fault.
Our technicians carry an extensive range of spare parts and will attempt to reinstate your alarm system to full working order. Where this is not possible, your system will be safely shut down, and you may arrange a visit to repair the problem later.
All work is guaranteed and following the repair you will receive a written report detailing any repair work undertaken and a VAT receipt for any payment made.
We strongly advise that you do not carry our repair work yourself. Burglar alarm control panels may operate using lethal mains voltages. External ringers and sirens with flashing strobes may use a high voltage even when they appear to be inactive, and when not ringing or flashing.
