BROKEN BURGLAR ALARMSHow to get them fixed

When a broken burglar alarm is howling away it can be a distressing and irritating nuisance for you and your neighbours. A loud and piercing emergency alarm is great if your house is actually being burgled but a broken alarm can be a howling pain for everyone, and it needs to be dealt with quickly. We firmly recommend that you DO NOT carry out repair work yourself. Alarm systems can, and often do, use lethal mains voltages and are dangerous even when they appear to be inactive. Our emergency callout repair engineers repeatedly report burglar alarm systems where the problem could be prevented with just a little care and attention.

FARM SECURITY SYSTEMSCan cover a wide field

Farms can present unique security challenges when it comes to installing burglar alarm systems. Farmyards, barns, sheds and even fields can be easy targets for thieves. Farms are relatively isolated so intruders are far less likely to be spotted. Farms buildings are also often full of valuable equipment such as tractors, trailers, farm implements and fuel. However, farm alert systems can be used not only to detect intruders but also for useful farm activities such as monitoring water levels, feed levels, the temperature in livestock sheds or to ensure that gates and doors are properly secured at night.
